Reality is just a hologram
Just read another interesting article http://www.quantumbiocommunication.com/media/introduction-to-the-holographic-universe.html which includes this quote:
Put another way, there is evidence to suggest that our world and everything in it - from snowflakes to maple trees to falling stars and spinning electrons - are also only ghostly images, projections from a level of reality so beyond our own it is literally beyond both space and time.
This struck me for a few reasons.
1) My idea/view of our universe has been changing quite a bit over the last 5-6 years, and this article is very much in line with other things I've been reading. That alone helps better solidify these concepts.
2) Right now, mainstream science cannot adequately model some strange phenomena such as telepathy, precognition, being "one" with the universe, and psychokinesis (moving items with mind power). I'm hesitant to say these things happen because we're in a "hologram", but certainly SOMETHING strange is allowing us to interact with our universe in these ways.
3) The article points to research which suggests lucid dreaming might be us traveling/connecting to a parallel universe. I've read other things about lucid dreams which says some people have recognized they are consistent (going back many times you can see the same features)... as well as noticing the passage of time (return to the place a year later and most is the same, but old buildings taken down, and new ones put up).
4) The article mentions synchronicities where it's possible our thought processes are tied much more tightly to our reality than we might think. This is relevant to me since I've done a bit of reading about the power of our mind to create our own reality.. "What the Bleep Do We Know" is an awesome movie that discusses this also, as well as much of what Bruce Lipton talks about (I have a very interesting interview with him recorded).
Just thought all this was interesting enough to post. I think we should all be more interested in how our universe actually works. We've come a long way from thinking the earth was flat... the center of our universe... etc... however, I have a feeling we still don't even know the HALF of it!

So, just after that article, I read another one
http://www.quantumbiocommunication.com/projects/study-proves-that-the-heart-responds-to-future-events.html
which talks some about how we are capable of predicting future events (to some degree). In whatever significance that has... it DOES continue to suggest that everything in the universe is connected, and perhaps that time itself behaves on a grander scheme than we think of it now. (the earth is NOT as flat as we believe)
